Group Classes

Solaris Reformer Pilates
An energising full-body class designed to enhance strength, mobility, and balance using the Pilates Reformer. You’ll move through creative, flowing sequences tailored to your level — from beginner to experienced mover — always guided by mindful precision and breath.

Solaris Matwork Pilates
At the heart of the Pilates method, Solaris Matwork invites you to move with freedom, flow, and creativity. Using your own body weight, gravity, and small props, each class offers a dynamic, full-body experience that builds strength, control, and mobility.

Movements are continuous and fluid, encouraging balance, mindfulness, and a deep connection to breath.

Personalised Sessions

Private Sessions
One-on-one sessions tailored to your body, goals, and movement history. Private sessions offer focused guidance and a highly personalised experience, creating space to move with intention and clarity.

Ideal if you’re new to Pilates, managing an injury, or looking to deepen your practice with dedicated support.

Duet Sessions
Shared one-on-one sessions for two people. A supportive option if you’d like to move with a partner, friend, or family member while still receiving personalised guidance.

Booking Your Session

Bookings are essential

Group classes, private sessions, and duet sessions are offered by appointment, allowing space for thoughtful scheduling and support.

To book, simply get in touch via email or phone. We’re happy to help you choose the right session and arrange a time that works for you.

Before You Arrive

  • Socks are required for all classes

  • Please let us know of any injuries, health considerations, or changes prior to attending

  • Classes are intentionally kept small to ensure thoughtful guidance

  • All sessions run for 55 minutes

  • Equipment is provided and cleaned between sessions — you’re welcome to bring a water bottle and small towel
